Content: While employed as the Tory Party Vice-Chairman of Welsh Conservatives, Baker received a banning order for stalking women. He ignored this order and was returned to Bolton Magistrates Court where he was tagged and subjected to a 14:00 to 22:00 curfew for 16 weeks, and a Criminal Behaviour Order banning him from entering Bolton Town Centre unless accompanied by a Social Worker for 2 years.
Magistrates also ordered Baker to pay £145 in costs and charges.
